Urban is set to break ground on a new facility in northwest Houston for NOV's Monoflo division.  The new 128,000SF facility will contain approximately 15,500SF of office & 112,500SF of fabrication area which will allow for the  repair and refurbishment of rotors and staters.  Occupancy is scheduled for Summer 2011.
