This facility is in progress and started in August '10 in Chambers County, TX.  The building is a design-build project that totals approximately 118,000SF in two buildings.  The fabrication building is designed with 75' bays, 65' eave heights and includes 45'x45' sliding doors, four (4) 100ton overhead cranes, two (2) 60ton overhead cranes and two (2) 10ton overhead cranes all with hook heights exceeding 45'.  The paint/roller/oven building also includes eave heights to 65', a 175' long x 45' high x 45' wide paint booth, specialty foundations for a roller and pressbrake, and two (2) 60ton ovehead cranes with hook heights of 28'.  A rail transfer system ties both buildings together.
