This project that is currently underway by Urban Companies in Chambers County, Texas consists of 7 buildings totaling +/- 315,000 square feet. These buildings are sitting on 135 acres and include a design-build with 45-acre stabalized pipe yard including slitter, mill, finishing, heat treat, hydro and threading facilities.
