Operation: Finally Home–Update

Operation: Finally Home has come leaps and bounds since our last update. Since surprising Lance Corporal Ceontre Shelton at the Texans’ game last December 2013, and honoring them with a Notes of Love signing this past July 2014, we are proud to say that his home is nearing completion.
